Very clean and quiet. Staff were very nice and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Having the skywalk from the parking garage was a plus. Being downtown was nice. We was able to walk to Kenny’s westside and the riverfront.

We came in from out of town to see a comedy show at the Civic Center across the street. We were worried about walking in the cold rain. But we were pleasantly surprised to find out that there is a skywalk that extends from the parking garage, to the hotel and to the civic center. So we never had to go outside in the cold rain.

The pool and hot tub were great. The Skywalker to the civic center was awesome. The staff was very accommodating too.

Great location, we came for a show at the Civic center, the staff was a little overwhelmed because they were fully booked but they have been kind, prompt and attentive the whole time.

Location in reference to the civic center is great. Very quiet. Nice rooms.

Had business at the Civic Center and this location was great. Could walk directly across the skyway back and forth. Very comfortable room with plenty of room for office work.

We stayed there to go to a concert at the Civic Center. It was just a 3 min walk thru the Skyview and we were in the venue. It was beyond our expectations.

I loved how it was connected to the Civic Theater it was clean an the rooms were very nice, and it was across the street from bars
